18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All persons depicted in user-submitted advertisements on Naughty.nl (naughty.nl) were 18 years of age or older at the time any visual depiction was created, and 21 years of age or older when creating or appearing in an advertisement on this website. Visitors to this website must be 18 years of age or older (or the higher age of majority in their jurisdiction).

We voluntarily maintain practices consistent with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and associated regulations, to help ensure that visual depictions of persons displayed in connection with advertisements on this website comply with applicable United States federal law concerning age of performers. In addition, we comply with applicable laws of the Netherlands, including rules on adult content, advertising, and the protection of minors.

Naughty.nl does not produce primary sexually explicit content itself. Before any advertisement becomes publicly visible, we require advertisers to provide appropriate documentation of age and identity for verification. We may refuse, suspend, or remove content that does not meet our policies.

Scope of content on this website

• Advertisements (escort / home reception / related services): uploaded and controlled by third-party advertisers; subject to ID/age verification (21+) and moderation before publication.
• GIF / short-form adult media: sourced from third-party providers and platforms; Naughty.nl does not create those depictions.
• Live cams: offered via a white-label / partner environment (including cams.naughty.nl). Age and compliance obligations for that environment also rest with the relevant cam operator(s); their terms may apply once you leave or embed that service.

Not a “producer” of third-party depictions
